This is one of those “if I could give it negative stars I would” reviews.First, during assembly, on one of the wheels, the part that connected to the hub assembly (see photos) was totally warped and we had a heck of a time getting that put together. Also, a hole where the seat back was supposed to connect was also warped and not the right size, I had to literally cut a piece of the plastic out to make the connection work.My son was so excited for this on Christmas and it worked great that day. The next time he tried to use it, even though it was fully charged, it wouldn’t go more than a few feet! Amazon couldn’t exchange because it was no longer available; the company was very difficult to get ahold of. When someone finally got back to me, a new battery wasn’t available, and I’m not even sure if that’s what the problem was. So eventually we had to break it down and just return it! Complete disappointment

If your starter switch goes out(and it will at some point) pull the starter switch out. On the back there are4 connectors for the wires. Remove wires From the two connectors currently in use and plug in to the other two connectors. Boom, problem solved!

This is the worst product ever. Initial charge 18 hours. Okay, no problem. 45 minutes TOPS of battery time. Charge it up again less than 30 minutes of battery time. What is the point in the car if you spend nearly $400 and your child can use it less than an hour a day!! Garbage. Don’t buy this.

Easy to assemble. Features are exaggerated in advertising. Does not have MP3 player input. Absolutely false marketing. Kids will outgrow this in a year... will update review if it lasts - otherwise you can get a cheaper UTV for same quality this vendor is selling. This UTV not worth over $200. Walmart sells better

I would give 0 stars if I could! Bought this for my son’s birthday. He used it 5 times before the reverse and the slow mode stopped working. During his maybe 15th ride, the motor overheated and caught on fire while my son was riding. Thankfully I was outside watching him when it happened or this incident could have been much worse! I tried to contact the seller but was unable to due to the entire item listing being removed for some time on Amazon. $300 and my son got to ride it 15 times before it went to the road. I will NEVER purchase one of these things ever again. Especially not from here. FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I recently purchased this item back in the middle of March. As of last week, it no longer turns on. Test the battery and pedal fuse, both are fine. It appears to be the on/off switch. While Kid Trax has a warranty policy, when I called today, I was informed that due to "routine maintenance" they were no longer processing warranties at this time and to call back after May 1st. No other service was offered to resolve the issue. So essentially, I have a $200 yard paperweight until I can somehow find the right part to fix the UTV.

Got this for my kids for Christmas 2022. It's been in storage since we moved but I figured it would charge up and work just fine. Nope. Had to buy a new battery for it and even that doesn't help. It worked once then won't move.
