The everyday use with the nightime can make some people get itchy throat I’ve heard, but this is due to the plant extract- “”””Eucalyptus””” (main/only real difference) I use it daily all day when I’m flaring up or sick and if not just at night before bed. If not i wake up with migraine headaches due to sinus / allergies. Try it! Maybe go with the reg, get your passages and throat used to the drip down and then you can switch over and adapt with ease. It is way more effective than the standard saline spray from the same brand. I have been using the standard stuff at night for a while because for whatever reason laying down makes me kinda stuffy which is not great for sleeping and saline helps but it doesnt stay clear long. So I decided to try this stuff and it is great. It clears my nose fast and it stays that way for a lot longer. 2 things I have learned though. It does burn for about the first 10 seconds when used but it isnt excruciating. If you have a low pain tolerance it might be an issue but I just tough it out the same way I do with strong mouthwashes that burn sometimes because it works so well. The other thing is you dont need a lot! I dont need to fill my nose with mist like the original I was usuing. just one brief spritz in each side and I am usually good to go. Also if you spray a ton of it out in your nose at once the burning is also a little worse so that is another reason to not to use too much. All in all I love it. Obviously in a perfect world I would prefer it not burn at all but there isn't really much they can do about it.
