This is a very good nasal spray gel to keep the nasal passages from drying out. I deal with a lot of dry nose issues from allergies and the dry heat. My doctor recommended this product and I can honestly say that it has helped me. I would definitely recommend it for people that deal with a dry nose. :)

I was getting daily nosebleeds and wasn’t exactly sure why but thought it could be dryness so after going on Reddit someone had recommended this. It has worked like a charm! No more nosebleeds and I mostly use it once a day sometimes twice, but more often than not, just once. 2 sprays per nostril. Amazing product! Works better than the gel.

Ayr Saline Nasal Gel is basically chapstick for your sinuses, and honestly, it works way better than it has any right to. One quick spray and suddenly the inside of your nose isn’t cracking like the Mojave Desert. The aloe gives it this soothing, “shhh, calm down buddy” vibe that your irritated nostrils desperately need — especially if you’re sneezing hard enough to trigger a nosebleed every other day. It’s no-drip, which means it stays where you put it instead of sliding down your throat like some kind of salty regret. The bottle is tiny, but it lasts because you only need a little to keep things moisturized and less prone to spontaneous bleeding events. If your nose has been acting like it’s auditioning for a low-budget horror movie, this stuff is the backstage crew keeping the whole production from falling apart.

Worked great for the first couple hours and helped my breathing and relieved my dryness, relief was not long lasting however and had to reapply to get the effects so bottle runs out quickly. Still good value. Ingredients are good in this product as well. Used in dry winter months and when the ac is on in summer.

**Update to my review (9/24/2025)** This is my second (now third) time purchasing this 'Ayr' saline nasal gel no-drip sinus spray (with aloe vera). The first time, I found this product in a local pharmacy. I really liked it a lot, so I decided to order it again through Amazon...**I have since ordered it another time too 😊** This product came in a box that was sealed (very much appreciate that); the nozzle comes with a cap, and there was a plastic piece that needed removed before use. I find this product to be easy-to-use; the push-pump style nozzle providing smooth (and effective) delivery of the gel. The gel feels very lightweight, and absorbs into my nostrils/nasal passages very well. I have found this particular product to be very helpful this summer (and now into early Autumn). The allergy season (where I live in the Midwest) has been horrible this year; I've endured a lot of allergy flare-ups, and also sinus issues. I obviously go to my primary care doctor for my personal medical needs; this is one product that my doctor recommended (for me personally). I'm on a prescribed nasal spray (currently); and while it does work well, I get very dry nasal passages. This 'Ayr' saline gel does a fantastic job at soothing the inside of my nose, and doesn't add any clogging. This product helps to sooth my dry nose, and add moisture; something I appreciate very much when my nose is dry and sensitive. I really like that this gel includes aloe vera, as it seems to help with adding a cooling sensation. In addition to smooth delivery, and cooling comforting gel; the bottle doesn't leak, even when using from different angles. I like that there's a place to rest my fingers while using the push-pump nozzle; makes it feel more sturdy and user-friendly. I'm very happy with this product, and it comes in very handy for my allergy and sinus issues. There's also times when the air gets dry (such as winter time), and this spray gel helps with that as well. I get several uses out of one bottle, so I think this is a good value. I definitely recommend this product, and would order again (and have). This is an excellent product, and I always keep a bottle (or 2) on hand. 😊

I've been using nasal sprays for many many years! I just got this today and as soon as I sprayed one spray in each nostril I felt immediate moisturizing happening in my nasal passages and it lasts several hours also. I think it's the aloe vera and I am very pleased with this product

I don’t get a good mist from these when sprayed. To be honest I don’t feel the soothing anything from this spray. I bought two and tried both to see if it’s maybe one of the sprays. Going back to the gel and the regular spray.. not worth the extra money for this.

I ordered this because I have issues with my sinuses whether it's spring, summer, or winter. I like this but really love the gel that comes in a tube. When I went to searching for that specific product though, everyone including Amazon was sold out. So it forced me to have to try this one. I'm glad as I found it works just as good. It helped me get over a sinus infection which was HORRIBLE!!! of course along with herbal supplements. But this helped to keep me from sneezing as often and my nose from being too dry. I highly recommend this product by this company as well.
