At the time I was about to start teaching a new online Vegetarian cookery course , so I bought the 150ml bottle on Amazon to give it a try and was really pleased.I use it first in a live demonstration to make a vegan stir fry and was very please with the flavour of the Yondu and how the Umami seasoning enhanced the flavours of the ingredients. I also used it to intensify the flavour of a wild mushroom ragout I served with creamy polenta mash.Of course it is a big plus that Yondu is organic, plant based ( made from fermented vegetables which is good for gut health). I'm also happy Yondu is totally free from Genetically Modified ingredients, which seems to be in too many products these days!
