BML 5mm Heel Lifts, 3pk (Mens Large, Brown [Soft])

These lifts were perfect! The help relieve pain in my hips. I have one in every shoe from boots to running shoes. Highly recommend. There are so many choices available so I am glad I had tried out one before I made a purchase for more as I was able to get the correct size and lift height.

My chiropractor recommended these and told me what size I needed. My local post office returned my order in error. Contacted BML, they responded quickly, re-sent immediately. The heel lifts are inexpensive and do help.

These heel lifts are a great value at the price. They are just tacky enough to keep from sliding when placed underneath my Rx orthotic (that for some reason my podiatrist did not have right heel raised as my chiropractor wanted me to have). I have used other products/methods to raise my right heel but this is the most "turnkey" product I've found, short of the original lifts from my chiropractor...she seems to be having a little difficulty finding a replacement supplier since last time I got them from her. I'm definitely going to refer my chiropractor to BML because I believe she won't be disappointed. Thanks BML for prompt shipping/delivery!

These are great. They are a good fit in your shoes and are very soft. However, they weren’t the right height for me. I was told I needed a 5 mm, but I actually need a 7 mm. I wear a lift because my left leg is shorter than my right. The wrong height would result in discomfort in my left hip. I had to return them. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for shipping. Hence the 4 stars. 5 stars for quality and price though.

These helped a lot. I wasn't sure what size to get so I started low. Will probably go next size up and see how they feel. These can move forward, making it uncomfortable on the heel, but I plan to glue them in once I settle on the right size.

I recommend if you have to get a heel lift buy the men’s because the women’s heel lifts are very narrow and they slip in the shoe. The men’s orAre wider. And they fit perfect in the heal of my shoes.

I have an uneven hip due to mild lower back scoliosis and so far, these have worked great. I rotate them between shoes and these are perfect for that purpose, as they do not have an adhesive backing. They are also very good at not slipping around inside the shoe and fit both inside my boots and more slender dressy work shoes. I got the small and wear a women's 9 and have a medium width foot. I'm glad I got these vs the cork version as after some use I could imagine the cork getting flat or forming to my foot, which I would not want, as the whole purpose is to have a resilient material that won't sink and will raise your heel ever so slightly.
