Yes, this vehicle has ABS brakes. However, I don't need this rack and outer tie rod ends. My problem turned out to be a broken "K member", and has been resolved. I'm seeking to sell the unopened rack and also a new insulated high pressure power steering hose which attaches to it. -jwk
