Great value for the price and works well! Easy release when frozen and fits perfectly into the bigger size as an insert! Shipped quickly and was on time!

I used it to recreate the granny smith apple mousse cake by Cedric Grolet. It was good, but it was tough to remove the dessert from the mold.

These molds are amazing. The silicone is the best material for silicone. Unfortunately though I have to return them because they are a little too big for what i need them for, but I would definitely recommend these.

Impossible to get out. Didn’t work with chocolate or mousse. has a lip around it that also tore. Waste of money. NOT FOR MAKING VIRAL FRUIT PASTRIES
