My order arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged. The instructions are a little difficult to read because the font is very small and the ink light. However, it is pretty easy to assemble. I had a question about my installation and called the manufacturer. A real person answered the phone and they were very helpful! So far this tarp system fits fine and works very nicely on my 1 ton dump truck.

Seems sturdy constructed. I had to cut the main roller pieces to fit my smaller sized tarp, but was easy to cut the aluminum tubing. Instructions are not as detailed as you would want, but if you're mechanically inclined, then you can figure it out.

Works great just a little short get longer than you need

I bought a7x14 trailer.. this is perfect fit.. easy install if your handy and good quality fabric.. i'm happy with it for the price.. would've given 5 stars but the inner shaft is starting to rust already.. and it's only 2 months old .

Bought this for my Utility trailer. So worth the money!!!!! The kit is easy to install. The parts feel really durable and I love that it is a little over engineered. I will be buying another one for my dump truck.

Installed with my 11 year old son the evening was delivered. Directions for install was a little lacking, however the quality was very stout and was what I had hoped for when I ordered. Extremely happy with the quick delivery.

It seems like a quality item. Worth the money.

Seems to work well, but a couple of deficiencies.One, the bolts for mounting were too short by an inch. Had to go to the hardware store to get the correct length.Second, the tarp bolts were also too short by ½ inch. Had to use a chisel to hold them in place while getting the tarp attached, and had to skip the washers.Third, the instructions need improvement as the type was microscopic and hard to follow since the parts list didn't label the parts well. Didn't list the needed tools, either. A drilling template for the mounts would also be helpful; I had to make my own.Last, the brake has a problem in that the gear teeth are not milled square; that combined with the tension spring being a hair too long causes the brake to slip. The workaround for that is to use the spring adjustment on the handle to reverse it so it's facing inward and then it stops up.against the trailer, preventing slips.
