I am a man who is a bit of a health freak. I believe in a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. I like to exercise daily with a 5k run first thing in the morning and 3 mile cycle ride to and from work, I also go swimming twice a week. During the week I eat a super healthy diet which consists of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh protein, and minimal carbs. I source all my food from my local butchers, fishmongers, and fruit/veg shop, I also try to buy ingredients as naturally produced as possible. I like to think I am a fit and healthy 50 year old however no matter how healthy my diet is as soon as winter hits I still get unwell with colds/flu and need help from certain vitamins to make sure my body is still functioning correctly. I read that Zinc is found in a lot of seafood so I even tried eating more seafood but it didn't work so I started taking a few supplements from Incite Nutrition Zinc being one of them along with B complex and Vitamin D. Since taking a 40mg zinc vitamin daily I feel amazing and I have not had any cold/flu symptoms, my hair and skin are in much better condition and I have so much more energy, I also believe that it has been helping with my workout recovery however I have also been taking vitamin D and B complex which all contribute to a healthy immune system so it could be any one of these supplements that have helped me to feel incredible. I am really impressed with this zinc supplement as it contains over a year's supply of vegan tablets for a very competitive price. Great Product, Great company, Great delivery and Great customer service, I would highly recommend especially during the current pandemic!

It certainly started improving my energy levels, and in quick time as well - about 3-4 days! I was not too hopeful before. Now, I am not feeling as tired and breathless as I used to before. Fingers crossed that it is sustained.

Small and easy to take. Not sure on difference's in iron levels as haven't retested.

The only supplement I have found that caused no discomfort while raising levels. I took 6 tablets every other day and my ferritin went from 27 to 150 in 3 months!

I can only eat these by eating something straight after. The taste is not nice. I dread taking them. UPDATE - the company actively reached out to me on the back of my original review amd sorted a resolution. Great customer service !!

Das Produkt erfüllt seinen Zweck und scheint qualitativ gut zu sein. Allerdings schmecken die Tabletten sehr bitter, was die Einnahme etwas unangenehm macht.
