looks great but the clasp is too loose. it comes off throughout the day. otherwise great watch

My wife got this watch for me as a wedding gift. I wanted a completely blacked out watch but was worried about being able to read black hands on a black dial so she surprised me with this version. I absolutely love the look of this watch. The details in the dial with the cutouts revealing the sandwich dial with the white second markers around the second hand are really nice detail. I love that the second hand is red adding a pop of color and keeping the watch from feeling drab. It's been keeping rock solid time as it should for being quartz. With that being said, the watch is a bit heavy for being a quartz watch. I wish I would have asked for a day/date complication but that's not this watch's fault and it's a bummer that the under side of the bracelet, the black coating has come off due to rubbing on tabletops and various other surfaces. I haven't tried to take the bracelet off to put it on a nato yet. I’m worried I’ll scratch off the black coating.I wish Nixon would provide a few more details about the movement and crystal type on their website. Overall, it’s a very masculine design and wears very comfortably.

Pretty cool watch too bad the Crown fell off the 3rd time I used.
