I LOVE this dry shampoo. I even use it right after I wash my hair to add amazing volume!! It smells so nice and makes my thinning hair look so much more voluminous! When it's been a couple days since washing, it makes hair look and smell clean!! Great for emergencies as well!

Crazy volume!!! Love! Spray 12 in away and use very little- like less than a second. It is thick, sticky at first but I brushed when it dried and it’s fine. Just what I was looking for. I have sensitive skin so we will see if this makes my scalp itchy.

Absolutely the greatest product for thinning hair!!! I have had thinning going on for years and usually put my hair up in a clip because it looks so scraggly. Thus, pulling on the hair to only have more fall out. Well, my granddaughter said to me a few weeks ago, "Granny, I have a way to make your hair look full, let me show you what I do!" So, she sprayed my hair with Batiste Heavenly Volume and I was amazed. My hair hadn't looked that full in 20 years and she gave me the can she used. I have been using it after every hair wash, and it is working great. So, when the can got low, I looked everywhere for more of the same, but the Heavenly Volume seems to be hard to come by so I have settled for whatever Batiste product I can find, and they all work really well but the Heavenly Volume is the best.

This is extremely heavy. Feels like I sprayed paint on my hair. Had trouble brushing my hair because the strands were glued together.

I am a big user of dry shampoo but HATED this version. It leaves a very thick white residue that makes hair feel heavy and dirty - the opposite of what you want with dry shampoo. It must be the “volumizing” aspect but I will say this was not the kind of volume I was looking for. Awful and fragrance is not good.

I’ve known this brand for many years and have been using Batiste dry shampoos for a long time because I have very fine hair and constantly need volume and shape. I’ve learned to style my hair using only dry shampoo and don’t use mousses or hairspray at all. I decided to try the XL Volume version. On the first day, the result is great-you only need a small amount, the volume lasts all day, and my hair looks full and nicely styled. However, the next day my hair feels heavy and not very fresh, and I need to wash it. With other Batiste versions, I can usually refresh my hair for 2-3 days, but with this one, that doesn’t work for me. Overall, I liked the shampoo: it’s economical and works very well for volume and styling for one day, but it’s not the best option if you want to go multiple days without washing your hair. That’s why I took one star off.

I have poker straight, fine hair but this stuff really gives my hair volume at the roots. It even keeps the volume if my hair has been under a woolly hat.

Ich benutze dieses Trockenshampoo schon seit sehr langem und bin hochzufrieden. Nachdem ich aber die ganzen "bösen" Rezensionen gelesen hatte, habe ich mich entschieden, eine "Aufklärung" zu schreiben, damit die manchen den Fehlkauf vermeiden und die anderen, die es suchen, endlich mal finden! :-) Dieses Trockenshampoo ist für ganz dünnes, schnell fettendes Haar geignet. Mein Haar hat zwar Volumen, aber nur nach dem "normalen" Waschen und am nächsten Tag ist sooo fett, dass es nur noch leblos runterhängt. Die anderen Trockenshampoos von Batiste haben das Haarfett zwar absorbiert, trotzdem haben die Haare zu dünn ausgeschaut wie zum Kopf geklebt. Am Abend waren sie wieder fett. Dieses Trockenshampoo verleiht den Haaren Volumen und hält sie länger frisch, sodass sie auch am nächsten Tag nicht fett sind. Am übernächsten Tag besprühe ich sie wieder mit dem Batiste XXL und sie fetten nicht nach. So hat dieses Trockenshampoo bei mir ein "Wunder" bewirkt und ich wasche sie mit normalem Shampoo "nur" alle drei Tage. Früher war das unvorstellbar! Das ist klar, dass gar kein Trockenshampoo das Haar so sauber macht wie man dies vom normalen Shampoo kennt. Ich kann meine Haare nach dem Trockenshampoo gar nicht offen lassen, weil sie ein bisschen wie Stroh ausschauen. Das war aber nach allen Trockenshampoos, die ich je ausprobiert habe! (Und ich habe bei Amazon fast alle Trockenshampoos ausprobiert;-)) Das Haar ist auch ein bisschen schwierig zu kämmen. Diesen Preis muss man halt zahlen. Aber wer sehr feines, fettes Haar hat und keine Lust und Zeit hat, es jeden Tag zu waschen, muss es unbedingt ausprobieren!:-)

It dries up the hair badly

Das Trockenshampoo ist vermutlich wirklich nur für sehr feines Haar ohne Volumen geeignet, da es eine Art Schicht auf dem Haar bildet. Aber ich habe wirklich Probleme bei nicht frisch gewaschenen Haaren irgendeine passable Frisur hinzubekommen, da meine Haare dann einfach nur dünn und kraftlos vom Kopf hängen. Mit diesem Trockenshampoo sind meine Haare wieder griffig und bekommen richtig Volumen. Ich kaufe es immer wieder und möchte nie mehr ohne dieses Spray auskommen müssen!!
