Yes. Can be used on the inside evaporator coil - has a self rinsing formula that will rinse off the foam during normal operation.

can this be used on a window room unit?

Yes you can. There are a bunch of youtube videos on how to do this - whether you plan to remove the unit or leave it in place, you'll find something helpful on there.

Evaporator coils ‘sweat’ by their design so it is self rinsing in that application. When you are using it on something other than an indoor or vehicle evaporator coil you should probably rinse it off
