Reviewed by Mr C. I was looking for 12 volt LED bulbs to supplement our backup lighting when we lose power from storms. These caught my eye because of their size and wattage. Being a little smaller than standard bulbs leaves more options for fit. At 4 watts each allows for longer run time as opposed to brighter/higher wattage ones calculated for current draw vs amp hour rating of an AGM battery down to 50%. The color temperature is comfortable at 3000K. Lumen output is plenty adequate for our needs in a large or small room during a blackout. Thanks to the reviewer who posted his power supply readout, showing these bulbs drain even less than I originally estimated @ 12V.. They arrive nicely packaged in semi-rigid foam and sturdy box.. Will purchase again as needed for more projects. .

These work great in a 12v system

I have been trying to get proper light in my fifth-wheel since I bought it 21OCT16. Campers have cheap plastic lights with cheaper lenses that the factory incandescent bulbs will actually burn through. I have tried LEDs of all shapes, sizes, colors, supposed brightness, and price. Nothing supplied enough light. Of course it's one of the still in vogue multi-brown ones and it is dark as a cave inside. Then I remembered my very first non popup camper, Daddy bought in 1974. It had screw-in bulbs that looked just like house bulbs but ran on 12V. So I looked and found these bulbs and ordered new house typefkxtures, and now for the first time, I CAN SEE! And the light is the right color, none of that 'can't look at it welding arc white' light that bright LEDs put out. It's just like in the house. I'm using mine for a camper but they will run on house solar too.

I can’t believe it ! They work ! Lol ,.. well they are light bulbs.

We have been upgrading our 5th wheel to look more like a tiny home and needed to replace the light fictures in our to nice residental ones to help make it feel more like a house we baught from lowes and these 12v light bulbs never disappointe we love how they look farm housey and they always come fast and in perfect condition i will be purchasing these over and over again! So if you have a rv your remodeling and are upgrading your lights to residential ones ull need these bulbs they are the go to for your needs!

Pretty straight forward. I converted the wiring in an old log cabin and have the lights throughout wired for 24vdc. You wouldn't notice a difference from typical lighting.

Several years later and I haven’t had to replace a bulb yet. Nice, warm yellow light. Great buy.
