Contigo Luxe Autoseal Travel Mug | leakproof Thermal-Mug | 5h hot | 360 ml, Zinfandel

Purchased for home/office situations where distractions of an hour or more turn hot drinks cold. It's done a marvellous job at keeping drinks piping hot for up to around 2 hours so far. Moustache hair pinching is a concern, but I have spares so it's fine. A few small drips will likely collect in the top when the button is released after a drink, this should be slurped up or shaken out and is not an indication of a leak.

I have had a few of the Contigo travel mugs and I love them. I choose this one as the other colours overtime tend to peal away. This one is the larger side and I love it, they hot drinks stay hot for a few hours and if you are traveling in the car it is fantastic as it fits in the cup holders and you have a drink that stays hot for the trip

I recently purchased the Autoseal Travel Mug, and it has quickly become my go-to companion for keeping my beverages hot on the go. This stainless steel thermal mug offers convenience, durability, and leakproof functionality. Pros: Autoseal Technology: The Autoseal feature ensures a hassle-free drinking experience. With a simple press of a button, the mug opens for sipping and automatically seals when released, preventing any leaks or spills. Thermal Insulation: The stainless steel construction and vacuum flask design provide excellent thermal insulation. It keeps beverages hot for hours, allowing me to enjoy my favourite hot drinks even during long commutes or outdoor activities. Leakproof Design: The Autoseal Travel Mug's leakproof construction gives me peace of mind. I can confidently throw it into my bag without worrying about any leaks or drips ruining my belongings. Easy to Clean: The mug is designed for effortless cleaning. The lid and body can be easily disassembled, allowing thorough cleaning and preventing any buildup of residue or odours. Durable and Long-lasting: The stainless steel construction makes the mug highly durable, able to withstand daily use and occasional bumps or drops. It is built to last, providing value for money. Cons: Lid Cleaning: While the mug is easy to clean overall, the lid can have small crevices that may require extra attention to ensure thorough cleaning. Limited Capacity Options: The available capacity options may not suit everyone's preferences. Additional size options could offer more versatility for different beverage quantities. Overall, the Autoseal Travel Mug is a reliable and convenient choice for anyone in need of a leakproof and thermal-insulated mug. With its Autoseal technology, excellent thermal insulation, leakproof design, easy cleaning, and durability, it provides a hassle-free and enjoyable drinking experience on the go. Although lid cleaning may require extra attention and more capacity options would be appreciated, the overall performance and functionality of this travel mug make it a recommended purchase.

This mug does not spill and the lock ensures accidental opening doesn't occur. You could carry this in a bag worry-free (vent first - see below). Very satisfied with this mug. Practicalities: If you're filling it with a piping hot drink, make sure you vent the mug within a few minutes, covering the lock opening with your hand to catch spray, if any. The leakproof nature of the mug means steam has nowhere to go. Hand-wash to keep the seal as best as possible. The bottom is not rubberised so it will slip about unlike other mugs, but if it is sealed properly, no spill.

Great travel mug, good value for money and a stylish design. The Autoseal lid is handy for preventing spills when out and about. Overall a great quality mug that I would recommend.

Not great at heat retention - I think it depends on how you drink your hot drinks. I like to sip at them over a number of hours and i found my old Zojirushi excellent for this. I would set the temperature to just above what i wanted and i could get about 4 hours of pleasant sipping. This replacement thermal mug is however disappointing. at best i get an hour and a bit. This may be perfect for some. One can quickly notice how the lid becomes warm and this must be where the heat dissapates through. Otherwise, Contigo must be praised for the design and function of the mug which very good but sadly for me it just doesn't match the Zojirushi - which I can't replace without getting a teflon coating - no thanks! The contigo mug was compatible with my aeropress which was an upgrade.

Great size. Keeps drinks hot for a good 5/6 hours. Most importantly - leak proof and nice to drink from. Dropped it once and in spite of dents still great

Bought this as a gift for a friend who has recently got a job. Wow! Think I will buy one for myself! This is an executive hot beverage receptacle. Looks amazing and did keep boiled water hot for over 10 hours. Very impressive. Not sure how it would hold up if taken outside, but looking at it close up.... it belongs in the cup holder of your car, and on your executive desk for all to see. You get what you pay for! Looks fantastic and works really well.

Excellent product, keeps the drinks hot for long. Very convenient to use, doesn’t spill.
