LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING!!! I have been struggling with recurrent yeast infections right before I get my cycle on and off for years. I tried literally every recommendation — low sugar diet, cotton underwear, showering/changing immediately after the gym, etc… nothing worked. I am extremely healthy and fit, so I could NOT figure out why nothing I was doing was working. The white lotion-like discharge and unique scent that I had developed after 7 days of antibiotics started to go away in just 3 days of starting this probiotic. I used pH test strips to confirm that my pH improved from 5.5 to 5.0 coinciding with my improving symptoms.I do have Very slow digestion and those symptoms have been worse since I’ve been on this probiotic.I have histamine sensitivity and this did not flare me up unlike other probiotics.The capsule is small and easy to swallow and I love that it is shelf stable because I can store it with all my daily supplements rather than forgetting to get it out of the fridge.I look forward to taking the full course then seeing if I can stop them. This product came to me recommended by my gynecologist. I bought the product immediately. It was delivered the next day. It is very gentle on the stomach and has relieved some of the symptoms that I needed it for going through menopause. I kept thinking I either had a yeast infection or BV I kept getting tested my tests were negative and it turns out I am just menopausal. I am not that sexually active, but she recommended taking this on a daily basis and the itchiness and mild odor definitely went away within a week of taking this. I also recommended it to my daughter who goes through the same issues I’ve had no side effects and you get a 60 day supply. I've never had a yeast infection, but my pap smears typically show the presence of some candida. After taking this, my pap smear shower no candida for the first time ever.These have also helped my vaginal PH and overall scent. I work out a lot and I feel a lot fresher after taking these, even after a long work out.I'd recommend giving them a shot if you're needing to balance your PH or if you're having any symptoms.
