This thick, heavy with metal exterior that looks kind of not so robust, below average battery- are some of the few things that etched in memory as first impression.There’s some creaking noise while turning it into a tablet by rotating it 360 degrees. Each time you do it and then undo a disturbing question comes to mind: ‘is it the last time before hinges give up?’But one must remember things we get in India within this price range are all made in China.Dell has paid enough attention in the interior. Fast chip, ample I/O connections (almost future ready except for a proper thunderbolt 3 standard port), Dell active pen works with 4-5% flaw, i.e, 4-5 tiny smudges here and there are unavoidable in real life applications like online teaching.It’s good value for money choice for commoners as Dell (which used to be synonymous with common man’s pc) has now found greener pastures in Inspiron, XPS and Precision series in or above 1-1.5 lakh range.For elderly like us, if you are happy with specs and price range I would still say ‘go ahead and buy it because it’s Dell’ in comparison to some of the other brands which might save another 10-15K. And, a final piece of advice: Don’t go for the i3 model if you want smooth experience of Whiteboard with Dell active pen.Final verdict: About 5-10K overpriced for a product like this but this is one of the few dependable choices in the market with these specs.

Works perfectly fine for regular activities with ten excels and ten presentations atthe same time with outlook/multiple browsers. I haven't tried with softwares which consumes more processing. But looks pretty good and stylish.

This laptop, which I purchased for 69000, has been a complete disappointment. It continually shuts down, making it impossible to sign in to my Windows account. Upon visiting the Dell store, I discovered it's not even a new laptop, but a refurbished one. To add insult to injury, I encountered this issue just 20 days after purchasing it, and now I'm unable to return it. Save your money and avoid this product altogether. Additionally, I never received the pen that was supposed to come with it.

This is the best ever laptop I have seen yet. Price is expensive but not bad compared to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Book Odyssey which will be costing 15-20K more. I am highly satisfied and comfortable. The product was new and packed accordingly. Thanks to Amazon to deliver the package 📦 ASAP during these covid restrictions. Those who want a good processor with good features just close the eyes and go ahead.

I had high respect for the build quality of Dell Laptops. However, this particular one has certainly disappointed me to the core. The keyboard has stopped working - doesn't let me input 1, plugging another keyboard works just fine. Not sure if Dell will pick this up as the product defect and help with the repair.

Laptop works well , touch works well , pen doesn’t have lag ( as was told by some ) , doesn’t get heated up ( very minimal heating) , fingerprint works well , overall a good product and deal
