Well worth the price. Very effective, longer lasting than "BioFreeze," and cheaper. In my experience, BioFreeze lasted about 1 hour whereas this product lasts over 4 hours, and the smell/odor is not as strong as BioFreeze. I've only used is twice since receiving it but I am VERY IMPRESSED and THANKFUL for its effectiveness.

Sore No More helps me with joint pain. The "Warm" product is good for back pain, especially in the lower back area. I use the "Cool" gel regularly for a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. It gives me for about 3 hours of pain relief at night. After that, I apply it again. It's the best pain-relieving gel I've found. (But Don't touch it i the eyes. )

I used this on my low back the first time and did not like it. It has more of a cold feeling and my back likes heat. However, I have a very cranky medial knee ligament problem and this cream works great for that. Ligaments like cold.
