Twin Low Loft with Slide - White with Zebra Tent

We received the bed/tent and put it together 2 nights ago and are extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. The wood is cheap, and the directions were poorly made... Their own parts/hardware that they provided, put holes into the frame as we followed the directions to a "t"... Today, my daughter was going down the slide and it completely came off the hardware it was attached to, the screw completely sliced up the wood on the back of the slide where it attached to the hardware, ruining that part.If you want a good loft bed, look for "Mayfair" loft bed.So completely disappointed and disgusted in this product.
