I bought this tool specifically for vacuuming the dog beds and my fabric couch. IT WORKS AMAZING! Honestly this is the best tool I have ever used for that purpose and I have used many. I's super easy to set up, the hose fit perfectly to my Bissell Zing, I didn't even need the adapter. I'm not sure why this works so well, but I'm so happy t does, I think it's probably the rubber bristles, they pick up pet hair effortlessly and it goes right into the opening in the tool.I have two very large pet beds in an Ivory velour fabric and my couch is in a similar Ivory velour fabric. My 2 dogs are both black Lol. My 3 cats are black and grey so for cleaning purposes, we're definitely not color coordinated Lol. Before I bought this, I would just disassemble the dog beds and wash the covers because it was so much work trying to vacuum them and I could never get the hair off of them, NOW I am able vacuum them with this tool when I vacuum the floors, and I even get the hair that hides under the bolter cushions and in the corners with ease.Doing the couch is just as easy (I use a wet wipe first) and my couch is not against any walls, so it tends to collect hair on the sides as well as on the cushions. I selected this one because it had the longest bristles. Hooked up great to my Shark. My GSD loved it and sat still for 10 minutes. Hair was easily diverted in to the suction.
