It is also equipped with springs specially designed to continually push down and squeeze liquid out of your tofu. Let the power of the springs press the tofu for 15-20 minutes depending on the desired firmness and type of tofu used Note: cheesecloth is not included as part of this product set. The drip tray is not suitable for cheese or tofu making due to the a of excess water from the curds. In the alternative, you can place a bigger tray underneath.
