Am a 7.5 what size should i order ? 7 or 8

This ring for a bit snug on me. I'd go with the 8.

I’m a size 8.5 normally , what size would you recommend ?

I would say it’s true to size.

Is this ring resizable?

I wouldn't think so. I thought it looks real fake

what would be the equivalent carat weight for this?

It's 3 CT. I returned it, as it was too small and I purchased the 4CT version. They are made very well and the color matches 14K, not 18K.
