I didn't expect much. These punching bags tend to be too small, for kids.However, this is surprisingly good.It's high enough for an adult to practice. At max hight, it's roughly at the head level of a 5'8''-tall person or so. I wish it was a bit taller, but all-in-all, pretty good size.Seems like solidly built. I've been using it for about two months, mostly for exercising my legs. Not particularly heavy use, but still so far, no signs of wear and tear. It looks like it will last.Also, very stable. The suction cups hold it firmly attached to the flooring (I filled it with water, too).Recommend.

The important bit here is once assembled the product is really sturdy. If you go full force punches you may topple it, but for me the is speed and timing training so going at 25% to 50% zero issue.Two annoying design elements I wish they had done differently1. They leave a space in the bottom of the base for the bag to fit into. I can only imagine this was to make shipping easier. End result, all that space you could have used to put more weight (sand or water) into that would have absolutely eliminated and chance of toppling it. Really silly.2. I chose to fill with sand. Took me a solid hour and a half to do. The hole to fill is really small and runs down to two angled drops. I’d imagine if you had ‘egg timer’ fine sand it would be easier. I’d bought bags of play sand from Home Depot so literally had to fill a tiny bit at a time and keep pushing in by hand. Hard to describe but , just know that likely you will spend an hour and a half cursing....but one time thing. Again all related to that stupid shape they left in the base for the ball, otherwise would have been a super easy thing to fill.

Very easy to assemble punching bag with stand it was a gift for my son to take out his frustration at home because punching something he shouldn’t it loves it and will use it daily it was well worth the money

The punch bag is heavy, not soft. But overall, the item works the way it should.I expect to use it more often.The base is really sturdy and can be used with sand or water.

Great way to work out and lots of fun doing it but….this item doesn’t hold up very long. Purchased 3 so far. Going to try a different manufacturer next time.

This reflex bag is perfect to get your punching timings right and its great for slipping in/out to counter and work on your foot work or even throwing combos. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEAVY PUNCHING, THATS NOT THE POINT OF THIS BAG. If you want a bag that can take heavies then get a PEXMOR standing heavy bag.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately the poor reviews are accurate.After using it for a month pole broke apart first, where it attaches. Now it won’t tighten and stays wobbly. Then the red foam broke apart. We taped it up and my so. Is still trying to get some use out of it.It was easy to assemble, all, but use your own tools; screw driver small wrench, the ones provided are useless.Filling it with water was easy and it hasn’t leaked. The rubber feet help hold it in place, but it still moves when used a lot.The metal spring is slow and bulky on the response and does NOT provide “silent shock absorption” as in the product description. The adjustable bracket in the middle is a different style than in the description pictures, it has a black knob to tighten. This was the first piece to break.
