**Q: How many serving in a bottle?**
A: I use 15 drops a day.  I am not paying that close of attention as to how long a bottle last me but I believe I get at least 20-25 days.  My husband started using it also.  I notice that I can work all day, go home make dinner, do a some lite house keeping and am not tired as much as I use to be.  I don't intend to be without this amazing product.

**Q: How mong before it starts working?**
A: I'm sure you know that there could be a variety of issues from having a lack of vitamin B complexes. As people get older they lose the ability to absorb vitamin B through there digestive system so the best way 2 maintain vitamin D supplementation is through sublingual drops. I don't know that anyone could give you a time frame of when you might feel some results and I can't even tell you that you would feel results because not all symptoms of any type of deficiency can be felt. I will tell you that in my case I noticed that within about a week of starting the drops I quit having problems with my nose. I know this is anecdotal butt I've had that problem for decades and this is the only time I've ever not had the problem with my nose being dry and cracking and bleeding problems. It's been more than 2 months now and I've not had any problems since starting the drops and I did notice the change in about 1 week. My feeling is that if the drops help with that condition it probably is helping with other things that I don't notice.

**Q: Is there sugar added to this? How is it so sweet?**
A: In addition to B12, the other ingredients on the bottle are listed as:  Deionized water, Vegetable Glycerin, Natural Flavors & Citiric Acid.

**Q: Is this B12 base in alcohol?**
A: According to the label, it is not in an alcohol based.

I first use the B12 Complex Drops when I went on the HGC diet plan. I remember how much energy I had using the B12 back then.
