This package was amazing for me! It had everything that i needed to build this backdrop (i did add in the long balloon at the top and the Mylar stars). I had a ton of balloons left over which i could have continued to build an arch over the base but i ran out of time.It came with one package of large glue dots and 2 packages of small glue dots. A thing to make a balloon arch, and white ribbon. I always gently blow up the Mylar balloons instead of using an electric machine. They balloons are not thin and don’t pop very easily while working with them.

The large balloons where hard to inflate and did not stay inflated. The instructions were not clear and the #4 balloon did not look like a 4. There was no backdrop in the package.

This kit sounds legit. Perfect for any kid birthday. . . not a bad price either. . . until the main feature balloons, in my case, the two unicorn and the number balloon had holes in them and could not be blown up. . . Being they're balloons, I could not blow them up any earlier than one night in advance, which is clearly not enough time to replace them for who is now a very disappointed four year old little girl.
