Great Tasting Cardamom Pods
Very fresh Cardamom Pods and seeds. They have a strong flavor to them. I'm new to using these types of spices, but so far this brand is far better, fresh and tasteful than other brands of Cardamon. I I use them to make tea, but the uses are unlimited. I mix them with a few whole cloves, and grind them before each use by hand. I also use a fresh vanilla bean, split it in half and put it directly into the cup of hot water as the seeds steep. I recommend this brand The Spice Way and their Green Cardamom Pods and other spices.

These whole green pods pack an intensely aromatic, resinous punch that infuses coffee, rice, and spice grinds with genuine depth. However, the bag contains an unusually high ratio of hollow, shriveled pods that yield very few viable seeds, and the flimsy zip-lock closure fails to seal properly after opening, exposing the delicate spice to air and losing its potency.
