I used a small strip with rounded ends. It pealed off the backing sheet easily and was then easy to stick on the garment. The patch has a matt finish and blended well with the black material of the jacket. The adhesion is excellent. I then looked for something else to repair and used two more strips to stop the clear panel in my phone cover from slipping. This had been annoying for some time. The strip size was perfect and they have stayed in place for a few days now. There is no sign of them pealing away. The amount of patches supplied is very generous and it's good to have them available for future repairs. I would recommend them without hesitation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gave a bit more life to a damaged down jacket *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 31 May 2024* I had a down jacket that had holes in it because it was old, and the fabric had torn in places, but was a great jacket for walking the dog or gardening. I saw these and thought they might give a little life to the jacket. Although they are not the same colour they have fixed it really well.
