Good quality mug with excellent printing work! The mug turned out to be much prettier than I expected. Seller was extremely friendly and responded promptly with a confirmation when I reached out to specify the customisation details after placing my order. A swift dispatch was done, and the gift was delivered in perfect condition, neatly and securely packed in a cardboard box with styrofoam, well before the expected date of delivery. The recipient of the gift loved it, and I am indeed glad I picked Exciting Lives!

The print quality is not as vibrant as it should be. The colours are dull than the pictures I sent to the website. But okay. It is delivered safely.

Words fail me to describe the satisfaction the seller and the product has caused me.I wanted to get the mug customized in a different way than those mentioned in the website of Exciting lives and get the photo printed on the entire mug. The work was done accordingly and in a way that looked so surreal to the eyes. It's a perfect gift if you aspire to gift someone on their marriage, birthday anniversary whatsoever. It's cheaper and better in quality than what I had gotten customized locally. The shipping was done in splendid 2 days with no additional charges on shipping.

I ordered this and found it to be perfect gift option. After placing order, I just went to the web page of seller provided by the Amazon and submitted photos along with design and message and volla.. It is done.. They delivered it within 3 days and It is perfect. Go for it👍

The media could not be loaded.  Product quality is very good. No smuges, no bubbles, no cracks.. Absolutely awesome finishing and perfectly pasted. I really really really love the product. It was surprising for me to see such a beautiful gift....... Two things I personally didn't liked are shipping charges too high and the delivery service ( from dtdc) is unsatisfactory. They completely denied to deliver our product at home. I had to go to their office personally for receiving the gift.

We received the order and the mug is really nice But, they made a blunder my calling my brother to ask some doubts about the mug. This was a surprise to my parents , inlaws and my brother. They ruined it by calling them and asking doubts. They could have emailed me (associated email) to ask instead. Please understand the sensitivity of your orders before calling any number from now on .I live in US so I did not give my US number. My brothers number was given in Amazon only because if there is trouble in finding the house delivery boy can call. That was not for them to contact.

Im highly satisfied with the product. It is of good quality at a cheap/reasonable price. I would like to mention the delivery service of the seller. The delivery speed is incredible, although i opted for standard delivery it was delivered from north india to south in less than 2 days. I would encourage every consumer to buy this product who is looking for some creative gifts at affordable price.
