Not at all, the unit has 3 screw holes which if fixed adequately are more than enough for the job.

If i use very strong glue (ct1), can i glue the arm to a wall tile instead of drilling?

Possibly , there's a brass circular plate and the arm attached to that , it is quite heavy on the end when the head is full of water , so would have to be a extremely strong glue that's waterproof I would image . I used and existing hole that my old bracket went onto but think a carefully drilled hole would be a lot better ?👍
