Works ok! Not a miracle harness.
We have a 7 month old Siberian Husky. He pulls. That's what they do. This harness definitely helps though. Around our usual walking areas, it pretty much eliminates his pulling. But if we take him to a new place or somewhere he doesn't go too often, he still pulls out of curiosity. It definitely helps to control him though. We've have tried several types of harnesses before and this has been the best by far. As far as the instructions go, I received them by email shortly after I ordered. It's really quite easy to put on and take off once you've done it once. I'm not sure why this is such a common complaint. I think some people just expect to throw it at the dog and have it put itself on. When you find something that does that, please let me know! We've tried harnesses that were really easy to put on before. They were also really easy for our dog to get out of.Edit: After a couple months, he just pulls all the time again. The harness doesn't phase him at all. The red coating on the rings has all worn off. We don't even use it anymore.

Totally works, but my dog is shaped like a potato.
Absolutely made pulling lessen...almost completely! Only exception was when my very stubborn bulldog would decide he needed to chase the neighbor's cat. But, 90% of the time the gentle pressure around his midsection made him stop immediately.Unfortunately, my dog is a weird-shaped fatty and he could slip the around-the-torso part off and managed to chew it in half. So, I think if that part were made of chain it could be more effective for my crazy dog.

It does help pulling but not as good as the harnesses with the ring on the chest
It works ok. The harness is a bit complicated to put on each time. It does help pulling but not as good as the harnesses with the ring on the chest. I bought the No-Pull harness because I had the front hook harness which work very well for pulling but interferes with my dog's gait and the hook and ring bang against my dog's leg unless he is walking right next to me. I was hoping the No-Pull harness would work as good as the other but it doesn't. I do like the hook ring on top of the shoulder and wouldn't mind the complication of putting it on if it worked better. I still use it a lot but use the front hook harness when I go places I need more control of my dog.

One Star
It didn't work at all like it said it would. My dog still pulls. There's no difference at all.

great control, a little tricky to figure out came ...
We have a border collie terrier mix. When he sees something, a cat, a dangerous SQUIRREL... He bolts and if your not paying attention you do a face plant in the grass. Five stars, great control, a little tricky to figure out came with no instructions. However, another verified purchase customer posted pictures. Thank You! I can enjoy walking my beautiful Border Collie/terrier mix.😀🐾

however the control for walking is the best I have tried
Have not used it much, a bit complicated to remember how to put it on, unlike his harness that I use for the car, however the control for walking is the best I have tried, and I have tried them all...lol

Amazing Product
I walked Chloe (boxer) when there is no distractions in the early hours. She is trained to walk on a leash but she likes being the one in charge. I have tried the Easywalk harness and the Gentle Leader but over time she takes me on a walk.Today she and I had the most enjoyable walk. She heeled and followed my commands. A dog walked by and she did her normal lunging but I was able to correct her easier. She a work in progress. I am so happy I made this purchase.
