Monarch Specialties I Reclaimed-Look 2 Drawer Computer Stand/Castor, Dark Taupe

This stand was the perfect fit for my HP Laser printer. Just enough space to hold the printer so it would fit into the smaller area it was needed. The stand is well made but took longer to assemble then expected. If the side storage area had only been an 1/8" larger it would hold paper stacked flat. As is paper needs to be stacked vertically.

I gave only 3 stars because the holes did not line up and left a huge gap. I could not put the rest together. Luckily I was able to find something in my toolbox to make it work, so the finished product looks great and I am happy with it.

Adequate for a home office. Takes some time to assemble, and lacks some precision with how the joints and drawers come together. It's a reasonable price, but the quality of materials and finish is average. But it's a reflection of the price.

Horrendous construction and assembly directions. The directions are just pictures that are not at all detailed so it is very difficult to see where each screw or bung is supposed to be placed (there are several holes on each brittle particle board). When assembling the pieces did not align correctly. As I was trying to align the pieces the particle boards snapped where the screws were anchoring the pieces together. This was a total waste of time, effort, and money. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!!

Not too hard to assemble. Took my husband and myself about an hour to do. Unfortunately the top drawer isn’t drilled properly and won’t go on. We will try to glue it. Otherwise we are happy with it.

Well made, nice looking unit, not too difficult to put together by yourself if this old lady @ 77 can do it, I am sure you can! Just read the instructions carefully. I did use extra glue I had on hand for the dowels.. Holds up well to the constant moving it gets, still glides with ease. Well packed & shipped on time. Have used this every day for the last six months, still handles the same as new. Wish Monarch made more with just shelves. Just love their products.

Defective piece of crud that doesn't even come with instructions applicable to this specific item.

Perfect size printer stand for my home office. Had some trouble with the shipping provider but the seller was very good to work with.
