The pillow is NOT firm as described. Understanding that firmness could be in different levels but it adds to saying “extra firm” but ver soft and plush quality. I’m clearly only stating a negative review because this was supposed to be a “free return” but unless you own vacuum suction bags it will not fit back in the small box you will need to purchase a large box to return. No QR code but a printed label.

I’ve had two back surgeries and a hip surgery so I feel as though I could be a professional body pillow critic. I am telling you this pillow is the best one I have purchased so far. When side laying, it’s thick enough to keep your hips open enough to not put pressure on your lower back. This is huge if you have lower back problems. The material doesn’t make me sweat at night either like some furry body pillows I’ve had. I will be buying this pillow again shall it fade it’s glory over time and use. I love it!

This is the perfect body pillow for side sleepers! Be sure to take it out of the packaging and let it rest for about 2 days, then fluff, and enjoy! My pillow is extremely full, yet adjusts to my weight where needed. It hasn't lost it's thickness at all since I bought it, which is the problem I have with all other body pillows. I suspect this thing could last for a very long time, if not forever. I just bought another because I love it so much! Thick and fluffy but still maintains firmness. A lot of money to spend, but worth every penny!

It is a perfect height. Comfortable in between my legs. It’s not as sturdy as a memory foam should be. I get it because it’s only shredded memory foam that they stuff in it. I wish it could be more sturdy and firm but it works for me the way it is.

Was looking for something to support my back when I sleep on my side but this pillow is not firm at all, it’s flimsy! My body pillow that I got from Walmart years ago works better. Extremely disappointed especially with having to pay the price for it. Not worth it if your looking for firmness!

This item comes shipped folded in half. When unfolded it still feels as if it is two standard pillows inside the cover. The weight of the pillow is heavier than expected. The cover is substantial but requires two pillow cases or perhaps a handmade cover. I ordered two to use as bolsters but returned the one unopened package after seeing the product would not meet my needs.

This is a solid, thick, and heavy body pillow. It is everything I was looking for, except it may be a bit too thick for women huggers. I cannot "hug" the pillow because it is a little too thick. This may not matter to many people. It's otherwise a really great pillow.
