Very useful if its the right size for what you want. Cuts easily and cleanly and bonds with most materials with PVA.

While this foam is absolutely perfect for what I need (Dioramas), the shipping is 100% letting it down. Took far longer than expected and not wrapped at all carefully. Just put in a bag and shipped, so every corner is damaged and the bottom piece has a huge divot in it. If you need these for anything that need to be flat, be prepared to have to cut an inch off each side. Thankfully I only need them for terrain so they'll do but these really do need some better packaging.

More precisely for making brickwork patterns in it as it's high density and holds detail well. Easily cut and carved. Bit pricey for what you get, but there you go. Cheaper than a car.
