As I Am Born Curly Avocado Shea Cowash 8oz

I have fine, curly, oil prone hair. It’s hard for me to find a cowash that isn’t too heavy or leaves my hair feeling oily/greasy. This cowash is so good! It rinses out really well, and smells good too. Leaves my hair soft & shiny, and not oily at all. My hair feels hydrated, and the pump makes it easy to use. I definitely recommend it!

This cleansing conditioner really impressed me. It truly does what it claims—my hair feels clean, refreshed, curly, and bouncy every single time I use it. After just one wash, my hair was noticeably softer, with improved moisture, and my scalp felt hydrated and healthy. I especially love that it’s non-foaming and sulfate-free, making it gentle but still effective. It’s excellent for hair types 3 & 4, and for the price, it’s absolutely outstanding. The scent is nice in my opinion—light and a bit perfumey while washing—but it doesn’t linger too strongly afterward. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, just keep that in mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. This product delivers on its promises and has become a staple in my routine. Definitely five stars from me!

I have been using the As I Am Cowash for almost a year and now that it is no longer available in the big pump bottle, I thought I would try this Avocado Shea Cowash and I like it better. Better as a detangler in the shower and makes my hair feel much softer. I use As I Am Leave-in Conditioner with this Cowash. Fragrance is light and thankfully disappears quickly. Another great product at a great price from this company.

Not impressed at all. Hair felt dirty and heavy after using this.

The product itself is really good and has a really nice slight tropical smell. BUT. The pump sucks. It came broken. I can’t fix it. The bottle slips out of your hand in the shower. The pump sucks so bad that I will not be reordering this product.

This product is amazing. It left my hair smelling great and unbelievably soft. I had never heard of the brand before but the reviews were so good, I thought I'd give it a try. I am so happy with it, I have purchased several other products from As I am born. I am a loyal Curlsmith customer, but the Curlsmith cowash left my hair dry and hard to manage- I returned it. This is my new go to cowash.

I have very dry, coarse and curly hair. It’s hard to find products work for me. This cowash helps smooth out the hair and keeps it tangled free.

I use Born Curly Cowash for my 3C fine curly hair. This was less expensive and worked just as well as the regular Cowash by As I Am. Born Curly left my hair soft, easy to comb; very manageable. This is good for those who want a quality product but is ballin on a budget. Just an FYI- the product is small. 8 ounces is not a lot when you have a lot of hair. I have to use at least 3-5 pumps to coat my hair. Needless to say, I am almost out; only had the cowash for almost a month. End result- Good product. Good price. Small bottle.

He comprado esta colección de As I Am para mi hija, que tiene el pelo muy rizado 3C. El Co-wash es uno de los pocos en el mercado para su edad, y realmente es bueno. La verdad es que a mí me gustaba otra línea de As I Am para mí, así que decidí probar esta también para ella. Pero si el pelo es más allá del 2C, no compres el resto de la línea porque no vale la pena y se necesita usar cantidades enormes si quieres notar algún efecto. Los productos no son malos, pero definitivamente no son adecuados para pelos más allá del tipo 3A.
