Is dilution required? Or do you use it as is from the gallon container?

No dilution is required. I refill my spray bottle straight from the gallon container.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

Yes, 100% the best cleaner I’ve found for my gorgeous granite. And it makes it like a waxy smooth surface after sealing. Like using this makes it work so well I enjoy cleaning my counters.
