Good source of fiber, but not tasty
This fiber is one of the best fibers I’ve used. But be warned this is not tasty. It does not dissolve, you have to drink it very quickly. The individual packets are very handy for travel and less mess.

Nice space saver
This is probably a small point for many people, but having the packets means, I don’t have to leave a large canister out on my counter. Having a large canister on the counter is really detrimental to the amount of counter space that I have and the small packets are very easy to access and make it easy to only add a small amount of psyllium at a time.

Perfect fiber for traveling!
These are perfect for traveling! This brand of fiber is so awesome! It's not gritty and it doesn't taste bad at all. Mix is great and does not clump.

They work, but there’s cheaper options
As my title says, they work, but there’s cheaper options with the same benefits. It’s not a pleasant taste no matter how you try to ingest it. In oatmeal, it becomes too much like jelly. I usually add it in water, pinch my nose and drink fast, lol. Otherwise I guess it is nice to have packets for convenience sake.

Hard, chunky bits
Absolutely vile! My doctor recommended this for me, but there is no way I can use it. I mixed up one packet in 10 oz of cold water in a blender bottle, like I do with my metamucil, and after much shaking I took a swig, which I promptly vomited back up into the sink! It doesn't have a flavor, really, but the texture was insanely awful. It was chunky, with large hard bits in it even after vigorously shaking it up, and I could not swallow it. Just a waste of money, I will be going back to my metamucil. It also contains 1g less fiber than metamucil, so I have no idea why anyone would use this garbage.

Great solution for my dog's fiber needs
My vet recommended this product for my dog, who had suffered from stomach issues. After many tests and ultrasound, nothing was detected, after he started to take this fiber supplement it worked very well for him. I mix with a bit of water and make a paste, feed small bit at a time as a treat. He does not mind eating it and no additive or flavor. Perfect!
