For making sweets at home, this is a great product for people with diabetes. Don't have to worry about huge sugar spikes. Taste is good as well.Natural as well.

The powder in the box contains 99% sugar alcohol (erythritol): 1.99 grams out of 2.0 grams. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol used as a low-calorie sweetener. Eating a large amount of it can cause digestive problems, including nausea and may also be associated with blood clots and heart problems. Sensitivity and symptoms can vary from person to person. Stevia leaf extract appears as one of the ingredients in the product. However, in the nutritional information, it does not appear as a measured weight, which means it is a marketing scam. Compared to this cheap chemical, stevia extract is incredibly potent and hundreds of times sweeter than sugar, so only a very small amount is required to provide sweetness. Compared to this product, even when I put a teaspoon of the white chemical, it's still not sweet enough. Luckily, I ordered stevia powder from another company at the same time, and an eighth of a teaspoon is enough to sweeten a whole drinking glass. In this product, erythritol is used as the main bulking agent (to provide volume and texture). I wish Amazon would start taking legal action against dealers who poison the public. If you have diabetes or health problems, stay away from this product - look for real stevia and probably better in liquid form.
