Not like cane sugar; very sweet; love it!
My favorite monkfruit product so far. I have tried two different liquid brands and have settled on this one for both flavoring drinks and baking. If you try baking with it, be aware that the sweetness seems to multiply with quantity. What I mean by that is, if a recipe calls for a cup of cane sugar (insert mathematical conversions, eg 6 tsp = 1 C), you do not simply add six teaspoons of this powder. I'm sure it has to do with volume: sugar granules are less tightly packed than is this fine powder, so you need fewer teaspoons to equal a cup of cane sugar. I recommend adding one teaspoon at a time and tasting your batter in between each one. BE AWARE: this is not anything like cane sugar. This is very much like the first time you try any alternative milk after an entire life of whole cow milk: it's gonna be different! If you buy this sweetener, in any brand and in any form, and you anticipate the same cane sugar flavor, you will be sorely disappointed. It is sweet, but not glucose or fructose kinda sweet. This is a different animal altogether, and that is why I use it: my body cannot process those sugars anymore, but i love something sweet now and again. After an adjustment to this new flavor, I make hot chocolate with it every day, and I really love it. How lucky, to be able to have a sweet treat that doesn't send my blood sugar into a wild ride! I am very, very grateful that this fruit exists. I really hope it doesn't turn out that using it causes cancer or something. That's a joke! I hope. :)

Pure Monk Fruit, the bees knees!
Giving up sugar in beverages can be a challenging task. To ensure the replacement doesn't raise your triglycerides, a little research is necessary. Finding a substitute that doesn't have an aftertaste means going through several options to find the best one for you. Pure Monk Fruit has been my best find. Plus, understanding that many of the other Monk Fruit products have heaps of corn fill, just a filler with very little Monk Fruit in the product! This pure Monk Fruit may seem expensive, but it's actually quite affordable. 1/8th of a teaspoon is equivalent to two teaspoons of sugar. I agree with others; I bought a short spice jar, filled it with the powder, and have a teaspoon with a long handle, which is much better than digging in the bag. Anyhow, I love the stuff, no aftertaste for me. The coffee and teas may commence!

Wish I switched sooner
I've been using sugar forever, but I started noticing that it was not that healthy for the long term. Decided to try this product after seeing it recommended online. It's very nice and sweet like sugar but lighter somehow. I've replaced it completely now in my coffee and shakes. It's made cutting sugar so much easier than I expected.

Just one ingredient
I was making a granola recipe from the Braindocs , Dean and Ayesha Sherzai (who wrote the 30-Day Alzheimer’s Solution). Also, I was interested in trying this natural non-nutritive sweetener. There is a great research article from 2021 “Physiochemical and microbiological characteristics of camel milk yogurt as influenced by monk fruit sweetener.” That touts some serious benefits of monk fruit related to the prevention of asthma, diabetes, oxidation, etc. Note I have zero interest in camel yogurt specifically. Nonetheless, there was some positive benefits to monk fruit that were worth trying. Monk fruit is very sweet and I have yet to figure out the precise amount to use for me. It does have a bit of an aftertaste. However, I believe that is because I used too much. I have used it more sparingly recently. I chose this monk fruit extract because it didn’t contain erythritol. Additionally, I am happy that it is organic. This amount will probably last me a very long time.

I finally find a product to replace sugar! Monk Fruit!
I was looking for an alternative for sugar. I tried several brands and never found one. I usually drink 2 to 4 cups of coffee in the morning. I usually added 2 heaping tablespoons full of sugar to each cup. Now, I use one miniature scoop which is provided by this company. Warning, this is super fine....any air movement will affect it. When you first get it, you will think their is nothing in the bag. I promise you, even as much as I drink. I still have a lot left 6 months later. At one small scoop per cup. The first could days I noticed a small flavor change. But, the sweetness i needed was there even with such a small scoop. I transferred mine into a glass food container "with a spoon slowly" as too not see it blown all over. If you want to cut down, or trying to eliminate sugar...look no further!

Good taste.
Only use 1/8 tsp in my tea/coffee/etc and it is sweet enough for me. It lasts a long time. I have not baked with it so not sure of the sweetness in food. Like that it is not mixed with other sweeteners. Only sweetener I use besides local honey.

Quit being so sensitive
This product is super fine, powdery, and sticky. I don’t really care what others say, but this leaves a noticeable aftertaste on my buds. The powder is super sweet and only requires a small amount to sweeten your beverage, making it a convenient choice. I only used it in warm drinks, so dissolving it was not a problem. I wanted something all-natural, organic, and with no calories to sweeten my evening tea, and this does the trick. However, I can’t get over the aftertaste, and it is a sticky mess to use unless you're super careful. I’ll probably return to the Erythritol/stevia or monk fruit blend.

It tastes great
Excellent sugar substitute with a faint caramel taste! I love it! Only four stars because the price creates an unnecessary barrier to entry. The quantity seems fine, a little goes a long way, but $25+ to try something different is a bit of a turn off. They should consider making a smaller sized bag that skeptical buyers can purchase for a cheaper price.
