well padded and very comfortable
I bought these because the first pair I bought didn't have the gel thickness I wanted for the palm of my hand. These do a great job and have lots of palm padding. Highly reccommend.

Would be a 5 if a seam on my first pair hadn't come apart
Pros:+ The padding is good for most hand positions+ The velour on the thumb works well for a quick face-wipe+ Highlighter yellow is nice and bright - better visibility when making hand signals+ The pull loops on the middle and ring fingers help A LOT when removing the gloves, which is good, because...You Should Know:o ...they run pretty snug. I measured my hand (circumference and length) using their chart and was smack in the middle of the Medium range. I wouldn't want my gloves any tighter than they are; if your measurements are at the high end of your range, consider the next size up.o When I'm on the shoulders (or whatever 'not quite hoods not quite tops' is called - I'm still pretty new at this), the bar misses almost all the padding. This might be unique to me, but it's something to consider.Cons:- The velcro doesn't seem very strong. Not much of an issue in my case, since the gloves are so snug, but it's something to be aware of.- Here's the biggie: the seam on the thumb webbing on one glove has come apart for about 2cm after less than 11 hours of riding (see pic). I haven't even washed them yet - that was all from sweat and handlebar rub.Update: I did contact the vendor and they sent me a new pair for free (without asking me to return the old ones). The new pair does not exhibit the same seam problem.Update update: after a year, the second pair is holding up just fine. Back to 4 stars.

Excellent gloves
best cycling gloves I have owned in years. Run a little tight so I had to size up, but padding is very comfortable.

Good padding and Comfort
I really like these gloves.. I have worn a lot of gloves in my life, but these are my goto gloves now. Fit is good, easy on and off, look good, padding is excelent, can last more than one season.

The only cycling gloves I will buy
I got my first pair of these at the bike store for $40 two years ago. They have been well used but I needed a new pair in a smaller size because I lost a lot of weight and my hands shrunk. These new ones are great, and $5 less than the bike store --- plus the bike store is often out of these (these must be popular). These are high quality gloves with extensive gel padding. I have not found any other gloves with more padding than these, and the padding is gel so it takes much longer to wear down and compress than a foam padding (like is used in cheap gloves). My old pair's gel is still nearly as thick as my new ones' gel, and my old ones are 2 years old with nearly 12,000 miles on them. I haven't had to wash these new ones yet, but I have washed my old ones weekly along with all my bike clothes. Beware if you wash them with anything else because the black suede-like fabric will bleed --- a LOT --- in the first few washes. I started washing them my hand in the sink, and then eventually started putting them in a mesh bag and washing them in the washing machine on cold with powdered detergent. These are the only gloves I will buy!

DONT BUY
I HAVE BEEN WEARING GIRO FOR MANY YEARS. THE QUALITY OF THESE GLOVES COMPARED TO OLDER PAIRS I HAVE SEEM BETTER. THEY FIT A STATED (AMAZON GAVE ME A SUGGESTION OF LARGE WHICH IS MY USUAL SIZE). ONE 50 MILE RIDE OFFERED SOME NUMBNESS RIGHT HAND(MILD AT WORST) BUT COULD HAVE BEEN MY POSITION ON BIKE. THICKER HAND PAD THAN CASTELLI WHICH I AM ALSO TRYING AS WELL FOR COMPARISON. CHEAPER THAN CASTELLI.UPDATE: The gloves fell apart at the seams after 1use. Not just 1 pair but 3 pairs-these are much cheaper made than the Giro of old-not sure if Amazon has the rights to the name and have cheap crap made in china??!!

Perfect fit
If you measure your hand correctly based on their size guide, you will get the perfect fit. They are smaller than most gloves. I got a medium and they were perfect though I use a small in most gloves. They have an easy off built in so aren’t too hard to take off. They are comfortable to wear from the first time and do not take away from your ability to maneuver anything with your hands. These are my first bike gloves but I’m glad this was my choice after reading a crazy number of reviews.

Very comfortable
The gloves are very comfortable. My commute to work is long, takes about two hours, and I got these gloves because they were specifically recommended to reduce wrist pain. And looks like they did their magic because I haven't been feeling any pain since I started wearing them (I also did a seat height adjustment so maybe that also contributed). The padding is good, the grip is good and the gloves are reasonably warm.My only problem is that, after wearing them for a month, a piece of blue rubber fell out from one of the paddings. This happened while I was riding, like out of nowhere I could feel a piece of rubber between my fingers. I wanted to put it back in but somehow lost it. It's not a big deal because it's just one padding out of like 15, so I don't feel the difference, but it got me worried that maybe these gloves will fall apart within a year. Let's hope I'm wrong on that!

Great gloves
Comfortable, true on size and durable. I'm riding aprox 3 times a week and previous pair served me for good 2 years. I would not recommend to wash them on hot cycle and let them dry on it's own, no dryer.
