This stuff is great at de-clogging my nose!! Other nasal sprays I've tried do not work as fast as this one does! Great value for price, lasts a long time!!

Great product! Mucinex always delivers. I had been using other nasal sprays for allergies or congestion and none have worked as well as this spray. Just 1 spray is enough to breath freely for hours and 2 sprays for those particular instances where congestion is persistent. I will continue to buy this as I can't do without it!

I have used Sinex spray and was my "go-to" for years for nasal congestion, especially when waking up from a clogged nose. I tried this product and quite frankly, was most impressed by the dispenser... it seemed to push out a more accurate dose with each press. Both products have the same "active" ingredient (Oxymetazoline Hydracloride 0.05% Nasal Decongestant) however Mucinex has quite a bit more inactive ingredients and in particular, menthol and Eucalyptol, and camphor. I seem to do better for longer and I don't seem to have as bad rebound. Also, I have had some bad side effects from the Sinex that don't seem to be present with Mucinex... specifically, post nasal drip that can last for days leading to cough. My doctors instruct Both products should not be overused or used daily as they can cause more stuffiness when they wear off, and could also increase blood pressure.

Would’ve been 5 stars but the darn cap was stuck on because someone didn’t cut away the plastic to make sure it fit right, and would open when pushed and turned. I had to take a knife to it for 10 minutes to get it open

I woke up with a stuffy nose that was making me have anxiety!! I couldn’t breathe out of either nostril and my mouth was becoming so dry. I couldn’t sleep for hours, I woke up at 4am and was exhausted. I took a shower, googled all kinds of remedies.. it worked for a minute, then would go back to being stuffy. Blowing my nose, made it worse! I saw this on Amazon, read the reviews, and a review with the same symptoms as mine saying it worked instantly! I paid extra for overnight shipping.. which was really just a few hours since I ordered at 5am, and I just recieved it around 8:50am.. read the instructions, gave myself 3 sprays, I can breathe, my nostrils are unstuffed and now I am going to take a nap! Worth every penny, I would have paid triple! And kudos to Amazon for bringing this to me in 3.5 hours! Life savor, both this product and Amazon! Thank you!!!!

Hubby says this works well to relieve his sinus issues, especially when paired with his allergy pills.

The item is great. IF you can get the cap off!!! I struggle with this almost 50% of the time. It just won't come off!! Please change the packaging to make it easier on everyone
