Are these the 2.0 version of the tips? I got the 1.0 versions and have been disappointed with them failing to stay connected

I just contacted Comply and they said that most 1.0 were withdrawn. The 2.0 has a black screen, and the 1.0 has a white screen, which is the easiest way to tell them apart. Mine are 2.0 from this listing.

Are the assorted ones version 1 or 2?

I think they are version 2 but not 100% sure. Worth adding that despite these getting good reviews, and they definitely stay in better than the Apple silicon eartips, they only lasted about 3 months before coming apart.

I bought small reading the reviews but when I tried them on they’re too small can you return them even though you’ve opened them please let me know

You need to ask the seller. Because of hygiene reasons I would doubt it

No they are not. I brought them in error after reading they were version 2.0. The item number for v2.0 is 50221-21.
