Lots of flavor
I love this sauce, it's kinda thick so if I use it for dipping I just dilute it a tad bit, and voila!!

One of the easiest meals possible
Thai Kitchen website has a few recipes for using, but my favorite is just to boil some noodles, toss in some chicken and broccoli, add sauce. The jar is small, so you’ll want two if feeding many. Almost as good as the restaurant and way cheaper!

To me - it has a curry-like taste
I'm not real big on curry, it is probably the turmeric that is generating the taste I get. On its own, this stuff is only so good - but mix it with some Braggs amino acids sauce and this stuff really come alive.

Don't be surprised if it arrives with the jar broken!
Well, I did read the reviews and noted the number of orders that arrived broken. Ordered anyway as the glass is of good quality. Ordered 3, two arrived intact. Number three was broken and the sauce had oozed out of the plastic wrap. Interesting as the card board box had no apparent damage.

DANGER!!!! BROKEN GLASS!!!!
Broken glass from the jar in sauce!!! I’ve bought many of these over the years in spite of price fluctuations. The lids were sometimes loose. Then they put a seal tape to keep the lid on. Last order had glass fragments in it and my family almost consumed that. I had to toss $30 worth of food, meat vegetables potatoes and this sauce, plus make another dinner on spot. Amazon refunded me with a little fight. Don’t buy this. It’s tasty but not worth the risk.

Great item, terrible packing job FBA
Great product that I've bought for years, and I've demonstrated that I can't make decent Thai peanut anything without it. It's mild and a little sweet, much easier to add to and spice up to taste than others I've tried.ROTTEN packing job when fulfilled by Amazon this order.See picture....- - THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HAVE ANYONE PACK GLASS JARS. - -I've ordered this peanut sauce before, and the jars came snugly packed and wrapped in bubble wrap. Today, I picked up the box and heard a glassy clink. Bad sign.I opened it up to find the interior stained by leaked peanut sauce,l. The jars were rolling around loose on their sides, with next to no attempt made to pad them, and no individual protection at all. METAL lids were deeply dented, freshness seals damaged, at least 2 GLASS jars unsealed and leaking (at that point I didn't want to be touching that mess anymore). If this was a rush job, then the rush is at fault, because there's no way anyone with 5 seconds to think about it decided this would work out okay. RIP jars, replacement processing.

Delicious
Not overly salty like some condiments & sauces can be. Flavor is excellent with a hint of peanut, a lot of chili, some tamarind and no heat to it. I marinated tofu in it overnight and it gave the tofu a really nice flavor. Only con was it has quite a bit of oil so I couldn't get the tofu to crisp but that's not a problem because the flavor made up for it. I was hesitant to buy and use this because some products in this category can be down right gross. I will definitely buy and use this again. Yummy!Recommend.

It says Thia on the bottle but it doesn’t taste like it
Taste is a personal thing and when I don’t like something I get other opinions as I did with this sauce and the consensus was unanimous, this is lousy satay sauce.I’ve never experienced any Thai sauce, satay or otherwise which tastes as bland and un-Thia like as this. There really isn’t any flavour that stands out, peanut, tamarind, sweet, nothing. It has some sort of flavour but it’s not great. Thia sauces tend to be exciting, have a little burn to them but are loaded with zing and pizazz, this falls flat. Even the texture is blah. Not something we will be getting again.
