great heater and exceptional customer service
We initially got this heater back in March -April. It worked great, was really doing the job and beyond. About 6 weeks into using it daily it stopped working. I submitted my review still loving it but a bit sour as I was hoping it would have more life in it. We were pleasantly surprised as a result of the review we received a replacement one free of charge. Thank you so very much. We love it and what I truly appreciated is that our feedback went to the manufacturer and we received a replacement heater. It is ideal for small spaces and works really well. I use it in my office and it really heats up the place as well as any brand-name heater. I recommend this product w/o hesitation.

Safe in a plastic green house
I LOVE that this is safe and effective in a small walk-in greenhouse. My green house is 56”x56”x77” in size, and clear reinforced plastic. Even on high this keeps it warm, safe but does not make the plastic warm. Works beautifully, 10/10 recommend for greenhouses!

Dangerous.
We purchased this in November for our 8x10 greenhouse on the back deck and used it every night for just over a month. It did a good job keeping the space warm enough so that the plants wouldn’t succumb to the cold. However, upon going to turn off this morning, we discovered the on/off dial had burned away from the internal connection.By all means, by this product but if you do, do not leave it on for prolonged periods of time and do not leave it unattended. It is a fire hazard. We were lucky.

Good unit for smaller areas
Heater arrived in good condition. No assembly required. Using this in the chicken coop because water has been freezing overnight. Heater has provided enough warmth to keep water from freezing. Coop is 10' x 15' x 10'. Temperatures over night have been below freezing and so far it has worked to keep the coop warm enough that the water is no longer freezing.Note: I read in the description that this is a 15 AMP unit but didn't think anything of it at the time. I kept tripping a breaker in the electric panel, so beware of plugging it in where you may have a lot of other things plugged in. I had to move mine to avoid continually tripping the breaker.

Knob stopped turning after 3 months use
It worked great while it worked. I used this for about 3 months (not every day) and the on/off/setting knob stopped turning. I could plug it in and if I put the highest heat on, it would work however the unit got VERY hot and had a burning smell. I've had other people try to turn the knob too, but it won't budge. Not going to risk a house fire so had to throw it away. The burning smell was not good.

Puts out heat!
Use mine in the garage. Takes the chill out of the air. Sitting in front of it will warm you up quickly. Thermo adjustment work well. My only con for this is when rotating the fan in the holder, at one angle the fan extends below the stand to it will not sit level on the ground. The stand needs to be about 1 inch taller. No big deal but a drawback if you are expecting a free rotation of the heating unit.

Stopped working in less than a year.
I used this heater to keep my garage from getting into freezing temperatures. A few days ago, I plugged it in and nothing happened. The power on light was illuminated, but the controls wouldn't turn the unit on. Cheap, but it's junk since it can't be repaired.

Fantastic Little Greenhouse Heater
I was a little concerned about this heater after reading some of the reviews, but decided I'd give it a try. Glad I did as it has proven to be a outstanding little heater for my 6x4x8 greenhouse. Normally, we only have a few days in the winter where temps drop into the 20s (F) for a week or so. This year we dropped down to 9.5F a record low. I was concerned for my greenhouse plants, but this heater which was only set on 750w kept the greenhouse at 30.5F which while below freezing was well above what I needed for my over-wintering semi-perennials (which can tolerate down to 25F for a short period). I increased the setting to 1500w and the heater then kept the greenhouse at a steady 65F - outstanding performance for the price; especially considering the environment and the record low outside temperatures. It might have exceeded 65F, but I was using my z-wave home automation system with a temperature sensor to turn the heater on and off remotely to keep the temperatures between 40F and 65F.If you need a small 750/1500w electric heater for your shop, garage, or greenhouse I highly recommend this one.
