Great oil pan!
Let me tell you a tale, a story of a trusty companion in the realm of greasy garage adventures—the Custom Accessories 31118 Oil Drain Pan in the hue of darkness, aptly known as black. As a gearhead navigating the oily labyrinth of car maintenance, this piece of equipment has been both a reliable sidekick and a comedic maestro in its own right.Firstly, this pan is a black hole, but not the kind you fear in deep space. No, this one eagerly devours the dregs of your vehicle's oil, gleefully collecting the used fluid with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store. Its capacity is ample, saving you from the inconvenience of emptying it midway through an oil change, sparing your floors from becoming the Slip 'N Slide of your nightmares. But wait, there's more! It's not just a vessel for used oil—it's a multitasking marvel. The shape and design ensure that spills and splashes are corralled within its sturdy confines. It transforms the messy chore of oil changes into a neater, dare I say, almost graceful performance, like a dancer catching raindrops in a well-timed routine. The comedic timing of this drain pan deserves an award. Picture this: as you gingerly position it under your car, ready for the golden moment of oil liberation, it decides to engage in a slippery dance of its own. Its anti-splash lip turns into a wily antagonist, causing a comical back-and-forth, a dance of avoidance, with you and the escaping oil. The laughter that ensues amidst this oil ballet is the true essence of a mechanic's life. Its black exterior is not just a color choice; it's an ode to practicality. Resistant to stains and grime, this pan wears its black coat proudly, like a seasoned warrior, showcasing battle scars without losing its sheen. Cleaning it after the oil change spectacle is a breeze, leaving it ready for the next act in your garage comedy show.In conclusion, the Custom Accessories 31118 Oil Drain Pan in black is not just a tool; it's a performer. It collects oil with the eagerness of a puppy fetching a ball, provides amusement in its mischievous antics, and cleans up like a pro after the show. If you're seeking an oil drain pan that not only gets the job done but also adds a dash of humor to your mechanical escapades, this pan is your backstage pass to the automotive comedy club.

Know Your Vehicles Oil Capacity
Oil pan worked fine. It is small for higher oil capacity vehicles.

Works well with Harley Davidson changing oil
The media could not be loaded. I was expecting this to be cheap plastic but it wasn’t. It’s nice and strong. I changed all the oils and it had good capacity. The spout worked out well to pour it into a container to recycle as you could see from the video. I’m holding it one hand it’s not folding so that’s a plus.

Works great for oil, coolant and other things. Easy to clean
I've been using a typical oil train container which has a plug in it. This is much easier to use and you can also clean it out and use it for other things other than oil. You can use it for coolant transmission, food, or oil. A nice part is you can wipe it clean and not contaminate. I don't use oil pans for storage. I just put that into a 1 gallon jug and recycle them and most of those types leak anyway. I wish I used one of these instead of the regular ones which are overpriced leak and are messy

Good quality
I would make sure you have some kind of liner in it because if you just let the oil drop in it then you got an oily tub. I think it’s too tall to work under a motorcycle or a low rider type of car. If there’s limited space underneath the car, I would think of something not as tall.

Too small
Be aware this oil pan is exactly for no more than 6 quarts only, I used for my SUV , it was a disaster, my car only use 5.5 quarts and filled to the top of the pan and spilled all over the place. The made of material is ok.
