Professional Stainless Skillet with Helper, 12-Inch

Love cooking with this pan. Well built. Heats evenly. Cleans easily. Will last far longer than nonstick pans.

The fry pan is of good quality and very even heating. I'm satisfied.

Pro: 10+ for induction cooking; 12" size; very easy to clean; helper handle definitely a plus as this pan is on the heavy side; and the handles DO NOT get hot. I am getting rid of all my high end non-stick pans and going back to stainless. This pan doesn't need high heat for good browning. Actually, you will burn everything if you use a high heat. Lids for my other 12" pan fit this pan too. Con: The long handle. I wish Cuisinart would make a 12" in this line that had 2 helper handles. Would make storage so much easier. I have to store this on in the oven.

Bought this "used" but I seemingly got it new. All it had was a few scratches but since I'm using them for actual cooking and not a kitchen show piece, I didn't care. Very thick bottom and it heats up evenly. The thick bottom also has high resistance to warpage so it's best for glass tops. Had multi-clad pans with round bottoms and those warped on me after a month usage and created cold spots. Works like any other stainless less pan so no complaints there.

I love this skillet. I wanted to replace my ceramic skillet and decided to go back to stainless. I have learned over the years to carefully follow directions about using lower heat on the stove top and cleaning. It makes a huge difference if you cook on medium/low heat. Food cooks great and doesn't stick. I used avocado oil and garlic to saute veggies and it cleaned up really easy. I wiped the pan with paper towel before soaking in hot water and dish soap. Easy clean up!

Stainless steel is of good quality. Design of the pan is excellent as it is deep and well balanced. The smaller handle on opposite side to the long main handle helps balance the weight of a full pan. Easy to clean and maintain.

Llego medio rallado, el acero esta un poco delgado y a pesar de hacer el curado como con las demás se le pega todo, tengo batería de acero inoxidable y este es el unico con el que batallo incluso para limpiarlo

I like that it's oversized with low edges which makes it easier to flip things. Beautifully made with a helper handle since it's heavy (but not too heavy).
