I’ve used these for several days and so far they’re my favorite safety glasses. The lenses are clearer than my Milwaukee glasses and the bifocal seems more usable. I’ve had no issues with lens fogging so far.

The Nuvo Reader has so far proved to be very satisfactory. It is light, grips the head gently without slipping and is comfortable to wear. Enough so that I have left it on most of the time in stead of constantly removing it. If I want it out of the way briefly so I can take an unaided look I just push it up on my forehead and it stays where I put it. One thing that I can not evaluate yet is how well it resists abrasion. This is an important consideration but only time will answer the question. There is one thing that in my view is less than completely satisfactory about the Nuvo. It is not what I would call attractively styled. To me it looks a little like girls glasses. None the less I intend to keep using the Nuvo because it functions very well. I've resigned myself to not being mistaken for that celebrity behind the Foster Grants. You kids likely don't even know what that means. Sigh.

I wear readers to see small things, and I wear safety glasses while doing woodworking, remodeling, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanities. When my vision started to deteriorate a couple of years ago, I ordered these. I have relied on them exclusively for two years, and the same pair still serve me well. I don't take good care of them, throwing them on my truck floor, hanging them around my neck, or packing them in my backpack. I wear them while I run my tile saw, table saw, and sawzall. They have held up well. There are a few superficial scratches on them, but it doesn't affect my view. While wearing these, I can look up to see distant objects, or look down through the magnified lower portion for close work. It took some getting used to, but that is the lot of a middle aged person. I have broken and discarded uncountable reader glasses, but these are still going strong. They are not a fashion statement, but they can't be beat for practicality. I recommend them highly.

The reader portion of the safety glasses is adequate in size which was one of my biggest concerns. It provides another level of safety that I did not consider before and that is having to remove them when wanting to see close while on a ladder holding tools. It is a pleasure to just align my eyesight to through the safety glasses.

The glasses are comfortable and the bifocal lens helps when working in the woodshop. Unfortunately, the nose cushion deteriorated quickly with light use and eventually broke in two and was lost. Wish I could buy a 10pk of the nose cushions but replacements are apparently not available.

The 3M Protective Eyewear are perfect for me. I've read the negative reviews and my advise is you have to know why your buying protective eyewear and what you are buying. You have to experiment. These are not $200 custom eyewear.... I bought a pair of these and the Dewalt eyewear together so I could compare them. For the work that I do, I need a larger magnification area. The 3M has a much larger area and is perfect. The Dewalt is much smaller. If you do a lot of distance work and only occasionally need magnification then the Dewalt is fine. I need magnification about 50% of the time. Both are comfortable but for my face and features, 3M is better. The Dewalt begins pinch my nose after long use. The 3M nosepiece is very comfortable. You have to clean them carefully as the nosepiece can come off (but it goes back on). I also like the side protection better on the 3M. These are plastic and they will scratch so you have to treat them accordingly. I've had both pairs for several months and I will be buying a second 3M pair for my other workbench. They are perfect for me! ;-)

I keep a pair of these with me every day working the farm. I like these because they have the readers to magnify when needed. I buy several pair at a time. Much better quality the the cheap, throw away safety glasses. I also use them for shooting glasses and loan a pair to me friend. My only displeasure is the rubber nose padding piece tends to come off with time, long before the glasses are abused beyond us and swapped for another pair. I have begun to super glue the insert in place once one side come loose. 90% of the time, these glassed ride on my cap brim and pulled down when needed. They get some abuse. I have bought these for several years and will keep buying them. I like my eyes.

Tengo muchos lentes de lectura, el problema es que no me duran y siempre acaban rotos de algún lado, ya se de las patas , del soporte de la nariz, etc. O sea, tengo muchos lentes pero todos rotos de diferentes partes. Yo buscaba unos lentes tácticos o militares que me aseguraran un uso rudo. La propuesta de Amazon, entre otras, fueron estos lentes de "trabajo". Son los que ya uso de fijo y se ve que me van a durar mucho. Estoy encantado, más por el precio.

Very good quality. Work like bifocals so easy to switch to the readers when you need them. Nice clear lenses.

Compré este producto para mí mamá. La pandemia nos tocó justo cuando tenía que ir a arreglar unos papeles y con estos lentes ha podido ir más protegida y sin llevar sus lentes normales de lectura debajo. Me parece que la parte que tiene aumento debería ser un poco más grande pero en general funcionan.
