What makes this elastic cord different from regular jewelry thread?

This cord is made from high quality, clear elastic that stretches and returns to its original shape, making bracelets easy to put on and take off without clasps. It also offers excellent strength for lasting wear.

Is the 0.8 mm thickness good for most bead types?

Yes, 0.8 mm thickness is strong enough for heavier beads like glass or gemstones, while still flexible enough to fit through most standard bead holes.

Will my bracelet stay secure over time?

Absolutely. When tied with a proper knot, such as a surgeon’s knot, the cord holds securely and maintains tension, so your beads stay in place.

Does it work well with gemstone or heavy beads?

Absolutely, the cord’s strength and elasticity handle heavier beads without sagging or breaking, making it perfect for statement jewelry. Choose from a thicker size like 1mm or 1.5mm for maximum durability.

Can I use this cord for other jewelry besides bracelets?

Yes, it works well for anklets, necklaces, and even small craft projects where stretch and flexibility are important.
