I was suggested by my doctor to use a belt after pregnancy to reduce my belly. As this is like crochet I was not sure whether to use it or not. But good that I did and it helped me to get back to shape. I wear it all day long and even I wear it when I go out. It's not very thin so it might be not a good idea to wear it with tight clothes. As it has an adjustable size so you can change it as you reduce your body size. But one star less because thread comes and so that's the problem.

Top of my waist is 29 and lower to the belly button if u put a low waist jeans it's 33 so I bought large size L which has 3 rows of hooks and fits me snug . I hope this helps

Please do not buy this product. It’s a worst quality product with no proper shape and is smaller than the size indication. They will just send a defective product and will not entertain any return. Sadly Amazon going Uber way in India..

I liked the product but size is smaller than the size written over there. As a a result it's just lying untouched....wastage of money for a Sr Citizen jobless lady 🥲 pls change the size 🙏

It is not a shaper . It's a tummy tucker and it does the job quiet nicely .
