Expensive paperweight
Do not buy this. Purchased this product a little over a year ago. Initially, it worked fairly well, although intermittently glitchy with photos getting hung up in the printing queue. The printer requires use of an app to function. For the last few months, the app is unable to connect to the server to login, which renders the device inoperable. Customer support has not responded to support requests, making this super frustrating and seemingly shady that they even continue to sell this device.

Do not buy. It’s a joke
First the print quality is pathetic. Second it does not play the video of the photo. Don’t buy waste of money and complete disappointment. I only gave it one star cause I had to. Not worth it
