I assembled this yesterday pretty simple directions are straightforward. I’d like the fact that it holds my 3 gallon bottles and my 5 gallon bottles it pretty sturdy.

I took a chance on this storage rack. The size was right for the space I needed. I was concerned it wouldn’t be sturdy enough to handle the weight of the jugs or would collapse when removing the jugs. It’s more sturdy than it seems, not hard to remove jugs, water delivery person even commented how great it works. Keeps the space tidy.

This is solid. Very easy to put together. The bottom feet are adjustable up to about 3/8 to 1/2 inch.

This rack is sturdy, looks good, and does the job of holding 6 five gallon water bottles (see photos).So, why am I giving 4 stars?1. Couple of the pieces were not manufactured straight i.e. they were physically bent. I had to manually bend these pieces and make them as straight as possible before I could screw them together.2. The final assembly was hard. The frame is not manufactured to tight tolerances, so none of the holes were aligning as they should for the final step. I had to then loosen every single screw in the entire frame before I could even align the screws with the holes in the final step.Finally, and importantly, when I was all done, some of the 5 gallon water bottles started leaking when I laid them down on the frame. These bottles were sealed from the water delivery service as you can see in the pictures. So now I have to look for caps that I can put on these leaking bottles. This is also something you need to remember and plan for ahead of time.

this works exactly as intended. i just wish those pesky 5 gallon bottles weren't so heavy.

This is an excellent solution to storing water bottles. So glad I got this. Easy to assemble.

We’ve got five bottles and it’s solid! It’s doing its job.

I picked this product because of the bottle lifter tools that came with it. other similar products didn't seem to offer anything like that and i was intrigued. the handle helps way more with lifting the bottles then i expected and i am vary happy with them.The bottle holder itself was easy to put together and had very good instructions. I am not able it anchor it to the wall like i am suppose to where i live, but it still stands up just fine and hasn't tipped over on me even a little bit.
