Q: I just noticed that you’re not supposed to use it in a closed bedroom according to the warnings. Does anyone use this in their closed room?

That warning is bogus any home humidifier is fully capable of being 100% safe running in a room with door closed. The mist won't moisten your room if you keep the door open all the mist will go out of the room as oxygen with mist travels out of a room.

Q: Why red light blinking even after having enough water in tank?

Same problem. It blinks red and won’t turn on. I have enough water in there and it’s clean. It was just fine 2 days ago. What do we do?

Q: What is the milliliter per hour output on the highest setting?

4 liter tank. Says highest setting lasts 18 hours so that’s about 220 ml/hour

Yes. I believe the first light that comes on pulses then press for low, medium and high.
